bruary 26, 2009  Narrin SchwartzThe Twenty Fifth Hour Concierge Service LLC Dear Narrin, This letter is quite overdue.  To say that you give the gift of time is at the least, an understatement.  You offer much more than that, including ingenuity, creativity, diligence and perseverance to name a few. While we have used your service a couple of times, our appreciation for your service atChristmas time stands out. As you know, our grandson, Jaden is the center of our lives.  This year, we attempted toinstill some lessons in the true meaning of the season by focusing on compassion and sharing (okay so he’s only 5).  We tried to help him understand that Santa needed to bring gifts to many more children this year because a lot of people were losing their jobs and their parents needed extra help. He had to select one gift each that he wanted the grandparents (2 sets), parents, great grandparents, and uncles (2) to tell Santa that he wanted. This was tough for him but it made each gift more special.  Of course, it was our brilliant idea and horror of horrors, the one thing he wanted from us couldn’t be found in New Jersey. It was sold out.  The fact that not only did you find it, but you enlisted the help of someone more than a thousand miles away to get it here, so we could get it to Florida, to be opened Christmas Day was nothing short of heroic.  (The gift’s roundtrip might be lost on some – smile). It was even more special because this is the first Christmas that Nana and Pop Pop were not there to watch him open his gifts. We got a call from a very happy little boy.  Thank you again for all you did. The Williams Family
