I was happy when Narrin asked me to write a testimonial for "The Twenty Fifth Hour Concierge" because it gives me a chance to express my gratitude and appreciate for the very valuable services Narrin and his staff provide for me and my family. We've been taking advantage of this unique service for well over a year now and I continue to learn more ways that my life and tasks can be made easier through their assistance. They were invaluable to us this past Holiday season by shopping, wrapping and even sending out Holiday cards! I enjoyed the Holidays this year more than I have in a long time. There's rides to the airport, to the doctor, picking up kids, assisting my elderly mother with many of her needs, cooking meals for my kids when I have to be out of town, and the list goes on. My husband and I were four days into a seven day fishing trip in Southeast Alaska when I realized that we did not have anywhere at home to store the couple hundred pounds of fish we were catching. After a few more days of ignoring this problem and catching more salmon and halibut, it occurred to me that I needed to deal with it. That’s when I thought…wouldn’t it be nice if I had someone who could buy me a freezer, place it on my back porch and plug it in so it would be nice and cold when we got home. That was when I thought of Narrin. A couple phone calls and a few disconnects later from the satellite phone at the fishing lodge and I was set. Narrin was heading to Home Depot the next morning to pick up the freezer and set it up on the back porch. He contacted me the next day to let me know that the freezer was ready to go.

Narrin, I just wanted to write this letter to express my sincere thanks for your kindness and professionalism towards me and my family. My daughter had scheduled a visit to Temple University in Philadelphia over Easter weekend. Her desire was to stay until Sunday morning in order to be able to visit more of the campus. The problem was that I would not be able to pick her up from the train station in Newark on Sunday morning because I planned to attend church services in Morristown. I allowed her to leave on her trip but I had no idea how I was going to pick her up upon her return. Then I thought of you and how you had helped me in the past. I called you Friday afternoon and you graciously agreed to pick up one of my most prized positions at 10am Sunday morning from Newark and bring her to Morristown. This story speaks of two things. First is that 25 Hour Concierge Service is always there to help no matter the day or the hour.
